Hong Kong based Tide Mark Enterprise Limited was founded in 1985 as an independent company established by Jackie Chan. The company produces and markets products that are designed exclusively by Jackie Chan.
Whatever product Tide Mark produces for the worldwide market – Jackie is involved in every step in the product design process to ensure that each product satisfies his requirements: precise, stylish, great value, excellent and safe to use.
Tide Mark’s philosophy is to fulfil Jackie’s vision of creating a brand which delivers an elevated design and becomes a recognised Chinese brand in the international market. Jackie also aspires to promote Chinese culture and history through his brand that builds a stronger image of China. Each product conveys the essence of Chinese traditions, ethnicity and literature with a blend of Jackie’s own unique creative ideas and personal experiences in all aspects of life.
In late 2003, Jackie first launched his signature collection of men’s wear in China and started to make the Jackie Chan brand available in the international market. Tide Mark is devoted to the expansion and growth of the Jackie Chan brand and will continue to take the brand to a new level of success.
This store showcases the significance of the Jackie Chan brand. In particular the “Dragon” logo collection of products and items marketed to the army of fans of Jackie Chan throughout the UK and Europe. Other product lines in the future include, but not limited to, Menswear, Kidswear, Footwear, Food Products, Headwear, Timepieces and Accessories.
Receipts: You will receive an automatic e-receipt for each and every transaction on our system. If you see a problem, simply reply to that message and inform us of the error.
Shipping: We endeavor to ship orders within 7 days. However, some items may take longer. All orders are shipped by Registered Mail with tracking.
Returns: Jackie Chan Store wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but on occasions we fully understand that things just aren't right or as expected with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are more than welcome to return the items back to us for exchange within 7 days of your receiving the order of the goods. The items must be returned back to us in the original packaging and with all the labels still attached and in perfect condition.
DVD: Please check very carefully before ordering DVDs as we will not accept returns based on player incompatibility. DVDs are either region 2, 0 or region 3. All DVDs will play on an All Region/Multi-Region DVD player.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy
In the event that you receive a package that is incorrect, damaged or that you no longer need, we will gladly provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. Should you wish to send back unwanted goods please contact us by email or telephone for full instructions and a product return code. You have 7 days from the date you received the goods in which to return them to us for a refund. Refunds are issued from WorldPay within 30 days of cancellation.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we supply, returned items must arrive in the same condition as when we sent them - i.e. unused, in original packaging and complete with all of the documentation / literature we provided with them. Please note: any used goods can not be returned.
Please ensure when contacting us that you clearly state the reason why you would like a return or a replacement. We will issue your product return code promptly and ask that you send the package back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
